# 1: NEW COMPANY INITIATIVE: EXPAND MARKET REACH TO SMALL BUSINESSES
Creative Agent Solutions (CAS) will soon be changed to Creative Assistant Solutions (CAS). This name change will spark the first phase of our new company campaign to increase the exposure of our VA services to small businesses nationwide. Moving forward we are determined to expand our base in the VA Industry to include all business types on a broader scale. A series of online marketing strategies including press release syndication, article marketing, database/email marketing, social media marketing, and SEO, are already underway.
We also will be launching advertising with web based networking companies such as LinkedIn in 2010.
Our website is also currently being restructured right now so that the only way a potential client can contact us is by accessing the nationwide VA Directory or calling our Sales Department. Creative Agent Solutions will be removing all company pricing, rates, policies, etc from the website to ensure visitors use our site only as a portal to find qualified VA's.Which leads us to new opportunities within our VA Directory below.

VIRTUAL ASSISTANT DIRECTORY (VAD) CHANGES AND OPENINGS:
CAS is seeking VA's for all areas of expertise to join our statewide VA Directory.
This membership will give you access to all RFP's and service requests from businesses looking for a Virtual Assistant that visit our website. Read more...Changes to the VAD Yahoo Group: In the event an RFP comes in from a state that does not yet have VA representation the 'orphan' RFP's are currently dispatched to our Sales Department and then forwarded to our default VAD Yahoo Group which all members have access to. In the near future this process will be improved! One obstacle that many VA's have experienced with the RFP's is either dedicating the time to follow-up and/or sealing the deal with the potential client. Thousands of dollars in potential revenue is and will be sent to VAD members and we want to ensure that opportunities are fully maximized and not lost due to inconsistent follow-up or failed closing strategies. To correct this, CAS is adding an experienced Sales Manager to our immediate team that will follow-up and CLOSE all orphan RFP's! The Sales Manager will then dispatch the new client to the most qualified VAD Member for that clients needs.
VAD Membership Upgrade Option Coming Soon: Please do not confuse an 'orphan' RFP with a 'direct' RFP. If you receive a 'direct' RFP that comes to you directly because the website visitor submitted an RFP on your business profile in the VA Directory (see example VAD profile)you can still have the luxury of having our Sales Manager follow-up and close the deal for you! Think of it as having your own Sales Department which will even quote rates based on your fees! This will be available soon as an optional upgrade to your VAD Membership. If you do not have time for consistent follow-up or maybe you are a great VA but not so much a closing expert than this may be just what you need to land more clients!

5+ years experience with B2B sales is necessary. Candidate must be able
5+ to provide
courteous and prompt customer service follow-up while maintaining a high lead conversion ratio. Phone sales experience is a plus. No cold calling. This position is a part time, 1099 wage earner subcontracting position. Please include your hourly required compensation with your resume.
VA Blogger
3+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant is required. Must know how
3+ to write
for the web and optimize SEO. Proficiency with common platforms associated with blogging and Web 2.0 social media is required. Includes but is not limited to Wordpress, Feedburner, Active Rain, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Also, familiarity with social bookmarking sites and traffic tracking systems such as Digg, Stumble Upon, Reddit, Furl, Google Analytics, Clicky, etc. Must be extremely knowledgeable and efficient with computers and accessible online via email and instant messenger.

#2: PARTNERING WITH NEW MEDIA MARKETING COMPANY, PULL MEDIA 360
CAS is in the process of partnering with Pull Media 360, a web based marketing company that specializes in the development and implementation of digital and social media marketing strategies for businesses. CAS will be in charge of screening and hiring Social Media Marketing experts and the support staff for Pull Media, 360 prior to it's official launch tentatively set for January 2010. We thought we would extend the first option to our VA database such as yourself for these new work from home positions that will be coming after the New Year.
Pull Media 360 Subcontracting Openings:
Media Marketing Manager
5+ years experience in blogging and social media marketing as well as an
5+ active
contributor to at least one current blog either personal or professional. Proficiency with common platforms associated with blogging and Web 2.0 social media is required.
Includes but is not limited to Blogger, Live Journal, Typepad, Feedburner, Active Rain, Wanna Network, Squidoo, Real Town, Facebook, MySpace, Twitter, etc. Also, familiarity with social bookmarking sites and traffic tracking systems such as Digg, Stumble Upon, Reddit, Furl, Google Analytics, Clicky, etc. Must be extremely knowledgeable and efficient with computers and accessible online via email and instant messenger. Advanced SEO and HTML knowledge is a must. This position is work from home and requires creative writing skills, ability to work efficiently with little supervision, project management skills, ability to meet quick turn around times, This position is a 1099 wage earner subcontracting position and there is no training provided. Candidate must be able to hit the ground running with little time transitioning.
