When hiring a VA be sure to ask about:

* Years in business

* References and/or testiomonials

* Specialties/Niche services

* Hours of operation

* Certifications

* Association affiliations

Also, pay special attention to how long it takes a
VA to follow-up with you.  As well as their overall
demeanor.  Don't be afraid to ask what sets them
apart from other VA's in the industry.  

Here's a tip:  Don't expect one VA to be able
to handle all your needs.  One VA may specialize in
websites, another in lead management.  The person
that  maintains your online advertising is not
necessarily the best person to manage your lead
follow-ups.
