Phoenix, AZ May 1, 2007 – The much needed, and highly anticipated, bi-lingual division has been formed within Creative Agent Solutions, Inc. and is now available to real estate professionals. This new department offers Spanish marketing and administrative virtual assistance to real estate professionals, which until now has been traditionally offered only in English.

Spanish speaking virtual assistants, completely trained in such areas as Contact Database Management (CDM), Desktop Publishing, Lead Management, Translation, Transcription, as well as other various back office support that is marketing or administrative in nature are available immediately to help real estate professionals broaden exposure and extend services to the Hispanic demographic.

With the number of Spanish speaking home buyers and sellers on the rise, the bi-lingual services offered create a seamless transition when dealing with Spanish-only speaking clients. Our bi-lingual assistants act as an extension of your office staff, dedicated in servicing the Hispanic community.

Other valuable real estate services are being established and should be available to real estate agents in the near future. These services will also include Online Transaction Coordination (OTC), a service that is necessary when transitioning a purchase or listing from the contract/listing date through the close of escrow.
