Continued Education a Factor in Real Estate Sales

Mesa, AZ  July 1, 2006 – Free renewal real estate classes are available to affiliated realtors through a unique partnership between Sarah Reiter of Creative Agent Solutions and the SouthEast Valley Regional Association of Realtors (SEVRAR) in a series of late summer classes to be held at the SEVRAR offices located at 1363 S. Vineyard Drive, Mesa Arizona.

The first course is slated for Monday, July 17^th and covers the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation. 

According to Realtor.org, “The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council ("REBAC") of the National Association of REALTORS® who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.”

The second course is slated for Thursday, July 20^th and will be covering the Graduate Realtor® Institute (GRI®) designation. 

According to Realtor.org, “The Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI®) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made a commitment to providing a superior level of professional services by earning the GRI designation. REALTORS® with the GRI designation are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients.”

There will be a second opportunity to attend this class on Thursday, August 10^th at the SEVRAR offices. 

One final class will be offered on Monday, September 18^th and is specifically geared toward new realtors. SEVRAR officials will be providing a new agent orientation for those just beginning their quest in real estate transactions.
