    • Follow-up time--How long does it take to return your call or respond to your RFP?
    • Specialties--What is their area of expertise/niche service?
    • References--Can they supply at least 3 current clients that are satisfied with their service?
    • Does their personality seem to mesh well with yours?
    • Experience--How long have they been in business?
